Our Services

4nStudents offer a complete solution to students and their parents that will cover the following;

Program & College Selection

Your first step is to file Pre-Qualification Form. 4nStudents will review the Pre-Qualification Form that student had submitted. Considering the education level, the results of the tests the student has already taken, and interest of the students we will suggest the best combination of the Program and college. We will discuss the available options with the students and let them make the final decision what they want to study and where they want to study. If necessary, we will advise students to apply for admission at more than one college.

Some of the factors that we will consider for pre-qualification:

  1. Age (17-20 max)
  2. Grades in High School and/or Higher Secondary School exams
  3. Grade in IELTS and TOEFL
  4. Financial background
  5. Health
  6. Their ambitions and plans
  7. Their plans after they complete the studies and return to their countries.
  8. References in WA/USA and in their country

Preparation of Documents & Filing of Application

Most of educational institutions want the applicants to pass the language tests like TOEFL and IELTS with specified minimum grade. If you haven’t taken the test, you need to start working on it. 4nStudents can guide the students to prepare and clear the minimum requirements

The Formats and procedures of filing an admission application vary from a college to college and sometime confusing to an individual student. The universities demand various documents giving details of education, work experience if any, character etc. 4nStudents will guide you to make it easy for you.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept and submit any application without authenticating required documents. We will guide the students which documents to prepare and how to obtain those as soon as possible.
  • Once student has prepared all the necessary documents and we have reviewed all those we will help the student to complete the Application Forms.
  • Many times, the educational institutions reject the Application because of;
    • Fake educational certificates with forged signatures.
    • Fake financial documents
  • Although 4nStudents will use all the possible means to authenticate the submitted documents at students’ cost, yet it’s the exclusive responsibility of the student to make sure the supporting documents are genuine and are based on truth. Our Partner educational institutions hold the final authority to reject any document that they find doubtful.
  • If student decides to apply for Admission at more than one college all the supporting documents must be also attached with each Application. The student will also pay Application Fee and courier charges for each application.
  • 4nStudents will courier the Application Form and all the documents to the college.
  • The student will pay to 4nStudents in advance the expenses to cover the Application Fee (fixed by the college) and courier charges.
  • 4nStudents will remit the Application Fee to the college/s. Keep in mind this Fee and courier charges are non-refundable.
  • If any advance tuition payment is agreed between the student and college, 4nStudents will facilitate the remittance. In our opinion it helps the student to get the Visa if he/she pays the tuition for the first 2-3 semesters/quarters in advance. This shows to the embassy staff that you are serious about your studies and you have the funds to meet your expenses.
  • If for some reason the US embassy rejects the visa application, student will request the college to refund the prepaid tuition fees.
  • If the student requests us in writing we will follow-up with the college/university for refund.

Admission

  • Our staff in USA will be in touch with the Admissions office of the college to follow up the Application that we have submitted to make sure it meets the requirements.
  • Students will be informed if they need to submit any additional document or answer to any question that the Admission office might have.
  • Many times, the colleges will directly email to students. All the Applications are decided within a fixed timeframe. Therefore students are advised to check their email regularly.Failure of doing that could delay the admission.
  • Students will receive the confirmation letter upon acceptance (or rejection) of the Application.
